Pastilele si ceaiurile de slabit, un pericol pentru sanatate

Pastilele de slabit si ceaiurile cu acelasi efect pot imbolnavi persoanele care le utilizeaza, avertizeaza Agentia Nationala a Medicamentului (ANM). Capsula de slabit, vanduta cu succes si acum pe site-urile romanesti, contine doua substante periculoase. Specialistii ANM au analizat produsul si au constatat ca acesta include sibutramina si fenoftaleina.
„Sibutramina a fost interzisa la inceputul acestui an de Agentia Europeana a Medicamentului, din cauza riscurilor cardiovasculare ale acestei substante active, iar fenoftaleina, care are efect laxativ, s-a dovedit a fi o substanta cancerigena”, a declarat farmacist Robert Ancuceanu, vicepresedinte al Agentiei Nationale a Medicamentului.
Pe site-ul oficial al ANM a fost postata o sectiune de alerta pentru contrafaceri, care contine recomandarea de a nu cumpara pastile de slabit comercializate pe internet. Alerta a fost data in urma descoperirii in Statele Unite ale Americii a unui cunoscut produs de slabire contrafacut, vandut pe internet. Medicamentul autentic continea orlistat, substanta folosita in cazurile de obezitate, iar cel contrafacut avea ca substanta activa sibutramina, interzisa din cauza riscului crescut de infarct.

Şamponul, pasta de dinţi, săpunul şi detergentul, loţiunile şi cremele hidratante sunt numai câteva dintre produsele pe care le folosim zilnic. Câţi dintre noi citesc însă etichetele cu ingredientele unui şampon, de exemplu? Şi câţi ştiu să interpreteze prescurtările trecute acolo?
