Vedeti cum carnea macra este de fapt facuta din resturi lipite intre ele! (VIDEO)
Un reportaj socant realizat de cei de la Australia’s TodayTonight TVshow despre lipiciul introdus in carne dezvaluie secretele murdare din aceasta industrie. Iar, daca folosirea acestor enzime – asa-numitul meat glue – este practicata in Marea Britanie, probabil ca asa se face peste tot. Daca le vezi in galantare, esti convins ca ceea ce cumperi sunt bucati de carne macra. De fapt, sunt resturi de carne tinute laolalta de acest lipici. Vita, porc, peste, orice… Ceea ce este grav este ca, odata gatita, te expui bacteriilor continute de bucatile de carne lipite…
Pudra alba vanduta la kilogram estesecretul murdar din industria carnii. Lipiciul acesta face ca resturi de vita, miel, gaina sau peste, ce de obicei sunt aruncate, sa devina ceva ce pare o bucata de carne macra. Restaurante si macelari pot vinde asa ceva. Uimitor este ca pana si bucatari profesionisti nu pot face diferenta odata gatita aceasta carne din resturi.
Ce este transglutaminase
Lipiciul pentru carne este o enzima sub forma de pudra, derivata din plasma din sangele vitelor si porcilor. De asemenea, contine si maltodextrin si sodium caseinate, o proteina din lapte.

Şamponul, pasta de dinţi, săpunul şi detergentul, loţiunile şi cremele hidratante sunt numai câteva dintre produsele pe care le folosim zilnic. Câţi dintre noi citesc însă etichetele cu ingredientele unui şampon, de exemplu? Şi câţi ştiu să interpreteze prescurtările trecute acolo?
