Recomandarile specialistilor privind preventia cancerului cauzat de obezitate si de modul de viata, adica consumul excesiv de alcool, consumul de bauturi racoritoare cu un continut ridicat de zahar, vine dupa ce au estimat o crestere cu 70% a cazurilor de cancer in urmatorii 20 de ani, la 25 de milioane pe an, potrivit The Guardian. Organizatia Mondiala a Sanatatii sustine ca jumatate dintre aceste cazuri pot fi prevenite, tinand cont ca sunt provocate de un stil haotic de viata.
